Suggested Usage of Supplements


The following list is for informational purposes only. Please check with your doctor before taking supplements. Personal preferences of supplementation will alter the following suggested usage chart.

Before breakfast, on empty stomach, take Hyssop Cleanse 2 tablets with glass of water.
Morning (best when taken with breakfast)
1 Co-Q-10
1 Borage Oil
1 Solu-C
1 Vita E-400
One ounce of Mineral Rich
1 Amino Acid
2 Vita-Sprouts
1 Antioxidant
1 Multi-Enzymes
1 Garlic Tablet


Now, if this seems like too many to handle take the first 5 and then take the remaining five at snack time in the mid-morning. It is better to take supplements with food as they are absorbed easier.


Lunch
1 Folic Acid, let dissolve on tongue before lunch or whenever you want.

1 Multi-Enzymes
1 Garlic Tab


In the mid-afternoon on an empty stomach you could take the Enzyme Ease, 2-5 tablets.
Dinner

2 Probiotic


During the evening or at bedtime take 2 Hyssop Cleanse with a glass of water.
